You seem to have CSS turned off. Please don't fill out this field.
Install needed packages in terminal: $ sudo apt-get install pppconfig pppoe pppoeconf
Run configuration utility: $ sudo pppoeconf
If you want to config PPP run: $ sudo pppconfig
You can safely follow Debian resources and howtos, see for example: http://forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=84135
