    As I can make a screenshot in q4os? or any program to do so.
    Sorry but my first experience with Linux is with you ...
    I forgot ... a while ago had download Desktop Environment (MATE) that ultimately never finished using, yesterday I tried logged with MATE and I had no problems, so I assume that the problem may be the TDE.
    (I mention one more fact to approach).
    Regards.

    It's easy to take a screenshot. Press 'Print Screen' key to grab screenshot to clipboard, then open file manager and press 'Ctrl+v' to paste screenshot into the current folder. Optionally you can paste into Desktop. Attach this picture here.

    Looks like a broken installation, run command in terminal:
    $ reportq4
    It will generate a file with debug info, please attach it here or send via e-mail support@q4os.org to analyze.

    Debug files looks good, try to turn your NB on, wait for the ..octet-stream.. messages, don't confirm 'ok' but switch to terminal console ctrl-alt-f1. Login and type:
    $ ps -ef > ps.log
    Attach the 'ps.log' file here to analyze. It will contain all currently running processes.

    When these messages have appeared, are they related to some new application installation or other action ?

    We would recommend to pass RAM memory test to ensure your hardware is working well.
