Well, two years passed by and the project get stuck in
version 2.0rc2 (win32 and Linux).
The GUI was written in C++/QT431, and Perl is still my
favorite programming language for processing files
on any operating system.
I do not know, if there is any questioning for tools
that process data files produced by these particle
counters in the country; but if anyone need
support, i will be there. ... read more
The GUI is now available as QT4/C++ executeable!
The Interface was new designed for a better
understanding and handling.
There was a bug in rc1 (version 2.0)
fixed now.
There are still some things to do in this
version rc's.
Hello,
I released now the new PZG-Tools for Linux.
I added support for extracting climate data, like
temperature, gas velocity, pressure and humidity,
the GUI was written in gambas and supports easy handling for the perl-scripts. Or you can use the perl-scripts without the GUI as well.
This release was tested, but still "beta".
Please feel free to write me, if you are using
theese programs, if you need help, or if you
found bugs.

A brand new released has arraived.
The PZG-Tools v1.0.3 were written for
Linux/KDE. They include new coded perl-programs
and a GUI written in Gambas.
There is also a perl-module available (not
included in the package yet) and maybe
it will become available via CPAN.
Have fun!
A new subrelease of the pzg-tools was released.
It contains sources too.
I splittet the releases into two development environments-specific ones; those who do not want to or cannot use .NET framework can still use an actual release of VB32 executables.
A new stable version was released.
I updated the perl-programs
and ported the GUI to VB.NET
The new version includes a GUI for the pzg-tools.
Be careful, the perl-programs (command-line-tools) are NOT the same as in version 0.4!
If you like to work with the command-line programs, you can still use version 0.4, but it is also possible to work with the perl-programs on the caommand line from version 0.5 .
Well, for all those who cannot work without a GUI on Windows-Systems, I have good news:
soon there will be a GUI for the PZG-Tools available for all i386/Win32-Systems.
It should be released within a week.
It is still Beta, but it works fine.
I will also include a HelpDoc within the documentation, but it might be take a few weeks.
Happy collecting!
