Rick,=20 Many thanks and good luck. I have just looked through all his projects and the last one to be updated was either Pyzor or at around the same time. Is it worth discussing how pyzor should go forward in terms of functionalit= y? For example: How to sync servers? backward compatability with old clients? Kind regards Benedict White |

Well blow me down with a feather! Pyzor needs moving on because it works. Has anyone any idea of how to get hold of Frank J Tobin? So Milton, you have a new version under testing and run the back done = server? OK, 1st, how much bandwidth does it use, and how many emails does it get? Secondly, fancy releasing an alpha? Clearly there are people about keen to take this forward, though I am no = python programmer. Kind regards Benedict White |

Hi, I use pyzor (and also Razor) within my spamassassin setup. It seems to yield better results. At least I did not see a false positive because of the pyzor tests. So: Thanks for the work! But now, I'd be interested how pyzor works, where the messages from which pyzor learns come from and how I could contribute. I also would be interested in numbers how many people use it which systems support it (I know from spamassessin integration and the pyzor command line tools). Thanks in advance for all your comments. Hi! Currently an unavailable server is advertised on http://pyzor.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/inform-servers-0-3-x (the URL that's accessed by "pyzor discover"). The server is 66.250.40.33:24441. I've tried "pyzor ping"-ing it and was getting a timeout all the time from different hosts/networks. Then after sifting through this mailing list I've discovered one server that works - 82.94.255.100:24441. Why isn't at least this one working server published in the inform-servers-0-3-x file? |
