trac/182: wildcards absent from content list

Append wildcards elements to the content list, as is done with recognized
element content and non-element content.

Note need to correct a WSDL schema, which in the past technically disallowed
any content and thus runs afoul of a check now that wildcard content is
accounted for properly.
