#166 reconcile saxer/*dom inconsistency in xsi:type handling

PyXB 1.2.3
Binding model
PyXB 1.1.4

test-trac-0060 fails to raise an exception with the *dom styles because they pass the dom node in where saxer diagnoses an invalid xsi:type attribute. These should be made consistent.

        trac/166: reconcile saxer/dom inconsistency in xsi:type handling
Do not ignore exceptions raised as a result of using a DOM instance to
create a binding identified through xsi:type. For historical compatibility
retain the ability to stick DOM nodes into the binding when we have no idea
how to create a binding for them.
