Hello, I'm about to publish a paper and I have a little modifications to make to m= y great PyX graphs. I have to remove the top axis (which is not graduated and serves no purpose) of all my graphs. Here is the code at the moment: from pyx import * text.set(mode=3D"latex") mynestedbaraxis =3D graph.axis.bar(defaultsubaxis=3Dgraph.axis.bar(dist=3D0= )) g =3D graph.graphxy(width=3D8, x=3Dmynestedbaraxis, y=3Dgraph.axis.lin(min=3D0, max=3D60, title=3D"Number of SAGE tags"), y2=3Dgraph.axis.lin(min=3D0, max=3D3500000, title=3D"Number of copies/$= \mu$g of total RNA")) g.plot([graph.data.list([["GDX", 0], ["DHT", 53]], xname=3D1, y=3D2), graph.data.list([["GDX", 3324927], ["DHT", 2738075]], xname=3D1, y2=3D2)], [graph.style.barpos(fromvalue=3D0, subnames =3D ["SAGE", "Q\_RT-PCR"= ]), graph.style.bar(barattrs=3D[color.palette.ReverseGray])]) g.text(g.width/2, g.height + 0.5, "Acyl-Coenzyme A dehydrogenase very long chain", [text.halign.center, text.valign.bottom]) g.writeEPSfile("acadvl") g.writePDFfile("acadvl") Thanks, Carl |
