I'm doing work with the bzr guys, so if my current favourite :) However, after chatting with a couple of launchpad guys, it seems they would prefer to "integrate" with SF rather than "compete" - in other words, it would attempt to mirror svn and bugs etc. Obviously we *could* migrate, but their story is more about integration.
It was a bit of a throw-away question: I expect moving to a DVCS would be slightly controversial. However, it seems to me that within a few years DVCS will be what everyone wants, so I'm guessing SVN will turn out to be "temporary". But my crystal ball often is more hazy than I realize ;)
