[pywin32-checkins] Not working yet

I'm not sure why (I can't even find the source-forge option again!) but
checkin mails don't appear to be working yet :(

IIRC, there's no such option. You have to install syncmail in CVSROOT,
and use it in CVSROOT/loginfo.
