Summary: CreateWindow() requires class atom, not name
Initial Comment:
If the class name given to win32gui.RegisterClass() is
given to win32gui.CreateWindow(), then no window
messages are delivered.
If the class atom returned by RegisterClass() is given
to CreateWindow(), then things work as expected.
Both MSDN and the win32gui docs seem to indicate that a
class name is acceptable.
e.g.:
http://mail.python.org/pipermail/python-win32/2004-December/002771.html
(The code works if the class name is replaced by the atom.)
