Summary: Keep Tabs not working
Initial Comment:
View -> Options -> Tabs & Whitespace. Click Keep Tabs.
Type a tab or click enter to start an indented line -
editor puts spaces in instead of tabs.

Message:
I'd like to re-report this old, old bug, as I'm seeing identical behavior
in recent Pythonwin builds (213 and 214). It's a major hassle when trying
to edit a script that uses tabs for indentation; Pythonwin simply refuses
to insert tabs. Please help!
