Initial Comment:
I realize this project is called pywin32.  
Nevertheless, it seems the appropriate place to 
suggest a port to 64-bit platforms, particularly the 
x64 platform, as it is very close to the 32-bit 
equivalent.

I searched around and didn't find any discussion on 
this topic.

I'm willing to assist with the effort.
