Mark, while you're working on the installer: wouldn't it be a good idea
to include at least pywintypes.lib and pythoncom.lib into the binary
distribution? I thought I had seen a feature request, but I cannot find
it anymore. It would save the poor users ;-) having to compile pywin32
themselves when they only want to link to the bsic stuff.
