Initial Comment:
Added CProtectedWinApp::GetRecentCount which calls the
underlying m_pRecentFileList->GetSize to get the MRU
item count.

Modified
ui_get_recent_file_list(win32ui.GetRecentFileList) to
use CProtectedWinApp::GetRecentCount instead of reading
the MRU file count from the registry to avoid problems
when the application modifies that count.
