Initial Comment:
I tried running "python setup-win32all.py build" and it
failed.  I have Visual Studio 7.1 and the latest SDK
installed, along with Python 2.4.  I am attaching the
traceback.

Please try grabbing the sources via CVS and building - this
has been fixed since the release.
