Summary: Ver 203 does not work with Plone/Zope

Initial Comment:
Hello All,
  I installed Pywin203 on my zope 2.73's python 
installation, and it's not really a exciting experience to 
me.
  As I start Zope from Plone control panel or from 
windoes service panel, windows will pop up a error 
message titled "PythonService.exe - Entry Point Not 
Found" and saying "The procedure entry point ?
PyWinObject_AsDEVMODE@YAHPAU_object@@PAPAU_de
vicemodeA@@H@Z could not be located in the dynamic 
link library pywintype23.dll."
  After trying many times, I had to go back to Pywin201, 
then everything worked as nothing had happened. 
  Any suggestion?
