Initial Comment:
Attempting to install pywin32 on a limited user account 
under XP is met with a "you don't appear to have 
enough privileges" dialog.  This is then followed by two 
error dialogs about freopen on stderr etc.

Is it fundamentally impossible for pywin32 to operate in 
a limited account?  Base python will work with only a 
few limitations.
