Initial Comment:
When I run the install, it fails at once with a modal
dialog:

pywin32-202.win32-py2.4.exe - Unable to Locate DLL

The dynamic link library MSVCR71.dll could not be found
in the specified path.... [path on my machine]

After that the install stops and no further progress is
possible.

OS is Win2k SP4.
