Summary: PythonWin Menus don't work

Initial Comment:
Platform Windows 2000 Advanced Server.
New install of Python 2.3.3 and Win23all 201.1.
Start PythonWin. The IDE menus drop down, but nothing
happens when an item is selected. Toolbar buttons do
nothing.

How bizarre!  Never heard anything like this before!  Does
the rest of Pythonwin work?  ie, can you enter commands at
the interactive window?
