Please could you add the 
PyACL::AddAccessAllowedAceEx function to the 
win32security module?

Python for Windows NT/XP administration
because it very fast, very easy and very powerful.

I'd like to use it instead of xcacls because there are 
certain limitations in xcacls which can be overcome by 
directly editing the ACEs.

AddAccessAllowedAceEx provides the ability to set the 
CI/IO header types, allowing the direct modification of 
directory permissions from within Python.
