Summary: F9 sets breakpoint in wrong pane

Initial Comment:
With pane divider about 2/3 way down, cursor in top
pane, I hit F9 and a breakpoint is set in the first
line of the bottom pane. Top pane is showing lines
157-196; bottom 75-89.
