I downloaded the pywin32-216.win32-py2.7.exe installer and started it. The installer shows the first Wizard page (This wizard will install pywin32 ...). I click Next. The wizard says: "Python 2.7 is required for this package. Select installation to use:". It shows one installation: "Python Version 2.7 (found in registry)". I click Next. Wizard says it "Ready to install". I click Next. Wizard stops responding and Windows tells me "pywin32-216.win32-py2.7.exe stopped working. A problem occurred causing the program to stop working correctly." The only option is to close the program.
