#24 Autosave

I have just lost hours of work because I failed to save
some module edit windows before pythonwin hung and had
to be force quit.

I'd like to have an autosave feature (akin to MS Word)
where editing work is periodically saved.

I'd also like a feature that asks Save Changes? when I
hit F5 that would save (and reimport) edit windows that
I've modified. Other systems I work with have this and
it is a lifesaver.
