#107 pythonwin ide doesn't respect windows cursor blink rate
The pythonwin ide cursor always blinks regardless of the blink rate. Some people (including me) can't work with blinking cursors: see, http://www.qtrac.eu/noblink.html
I wish you'd either respect the blink rate set in windows or at least have a [X] cursor blink checkbox.
