#78 pythonwin debugger: paste problem in a watch window

When pasting an expression in a watch window, the only
option is to use
mouse right-click -> Paste

Using Ctrl-V or Shift-Insert causes a clipboard
contents to be pasted in an active editor window
instead of a watch window.
