Sourceforge appears uninterested in securing their file distribution infrastrucutre even a little bit, so it would be helpful to distribute downloads via Google Code or Bitbucket or Gitlab or PyPI, anywhere that has HTTPS download links: https://sourceforge.net/p/forge/feature-requests/270/

https://sourceforge.net/p/pywin32/bugs/669/ would also close this issue. I am not going to say that this issue is a duplicate of 669, but closing 669 solves this issue as well. As I would VERY MUCH like to pip install pywin32, please, oh please, close this issue by way of 669?
