#103 Stop at exceptions.

Options -> Debugger check box labeled "Stop at
exceptions". What is this supposed to do. It does not
do what I'd expect.

So what do I expect? To have the line of code causing
the exception to be in the front window, and execution
stopped at that line.

I was looking at this while going thru some of the exception handling
changes required for py3k. This appears to be redundant with the
'Post-mortem' option of the Run dialog.
It might be best to just remove it to avoid confusion.
Another possibility would be to default the Run option to
post-mortem if this options is set.
