I was looking at this while going thru some of the exception handling
changes required for py3k. This appears to be redundant with the
'Post-mortem' option of the Run dialog.
It might be best to just remove it to avoid confusion.
Another possibility would be to default the Run option to
post-mortem if this options is set.
