Hi Jan, I know definition lists have come up on this list a few times, but I'm not currently aware of a working implementation. A list of all the publicly available extensions I know of can be found here [1]. Definition lists are something I'd like to see added, but I've been too busy with other stuff. If you want to give it a try, I'd be willing to offer some help.
