[python-control-discuss] pip install problem

Some guy is asking me questions about installing the control module based
on trying to follow some controls related tutorial on my youtube channel.
He says he is getting this message:

Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement python-control
<from versions: >

He also says he is running windows 8.1 and anaconda. Any ideas why pip
would fail to install python-control?
