[python-control-discuss] repository transferred to GitHub, switching use of this mailing list

I have completed moving the python-control repository from SourceForge to GitHub.  The GitHub project is available here:

  https://github.com/python-control

I am in the process of transferring the bugs, features, etc over the GitHub.  I'll leave user discussions items on SourceForge.

I have also created the list pyt...@sf... for the active developers on the (GitHub) project.  If you are on that list, you'll get a separate note from me in a bit and start getting commit messages once I get that set up.  If you aren't on that list but plan to continue as an active developer at some point, please send me a note with your github ID.

From now on, this list will be used for general discussions of python-control, including posts from non-developers.
