[python-control-discuss] Slycot update

Hi all,

All of the additional Slycot routines needed for python-control branch 0.4a, (currently at revision 138) are now available through the Slycot repository on github. Enrico has tagged the python-control compatible version for us as v0.1.0 since the Slycot library is under frequent development and may change in the future.

One item of note: The SLICOT library is down, with the following message at www.slicot.org:
"Dear prospective SLICOT user,
due to inconsistencies or misunderstanding of the SLICOT licensing policies we currently have to stop access to the sources and to re-organize the licensing. 
Please visit us later again. Thank you. 
In urgent cases please contact gf...@sy...."

I'm not sure if this is cause for concern but wanted to bring it to your attention.
