#60 Please cleanup cardsets tarball (hidden directories)

PySolFC-Cardsets-3.0.tar.bz2 contains some hidden directories, namely, .fr-KuTbSg/PySolFC-Cardsets-master and several .thumbnails and .xvpics ones, apparently created by image viewers to store temporary cache files.
