#31 Error starting PyRx

Hello sir!
Every time we start PyRx 0.9.6 on iMac (Sierra), a dialogue box comes up immediately and we encounter this problem:

after pressing OK or x button (the only buttons available), pyrx exits. attached is a screenshot of what it looks like.

this happened after running vina where one of our ligands have a "beta" symbol (which became a square root and apostrophe symbol) in which the run stopped when it encountered this ligand. after exiting pyrx, the abovementioned problem was persistently encountered henceforth. We have already uninstalled and reinstalled this several times.

Thank you for the message and sorry about that. Please delete a file named PyRx Preferences in ~/Library/Preferences to fix this:
rm ~/Library/Preferences/PyRx\ Preferences
I've also committed new changes to avoid errors with non ascii characters. If deleting PyRx Preferences file doesn't fix this problem, please use these instructions to update PyRx - https://pyrx.sourceforge.io/blog/127-recent-changes-in-vina-web-services-and-mac-os-x-updates-
