Sorry about that. Please run the following command on a Terminal:
sudo mkdir /Library/MGLTools
sudo ln -s -f /Library/PyRx/0.9.6 /Library/MGLTools/PyRx
Tried the terminal. Got the following:

Strange, can you please reinstall PyRx. My record shows that you have PyRx 0.9.6. Can you please run 'ls /Library/PyRx' from a terminal and send me the output. Thanks.
