#1 Improved launch button

This version feature launch button which :
- Raise window of the application if running
- or launch application if not running

To enable this behavior, you need to specify the window
class name of the application in LAUNCH_LIST

The format of LAUNCH_LIST is changed so you need to
modify your .pypanelrc according to my example.
