Hi,

I wish to use images created using PyMol in a thesis and I am required to show that I have permission to use PyMol thus. Would citing PyMol suffice, do I need to include a license that those creating plugins or modifying the source code use, or something else altogether?

The license file included with the software should suffice. However, if you register for educational use via http://delsci.info/edu then you will receive a copy of your email certification along with access credentials for the educational-use-only builds.
