Hi Jhon, you are better off if you render/write-out the left/right images separately. A six degree difference gives a rather nice depth in your figure. ray angle=3 png left-image.png ray angle=-3 png right-image.png You can then bring them together at 6.7 cm or even better 5.8 cm from each other. Good luck Savvas Quoting Jhon Thomas <jho...@gm...>: > Hi all > I want to create a stereo image. Hello, I am trying to make a picture for a cover and I am wondering how to make a vertical image. (Pymol creates horizontal images, and journal covers are vertical) Is there a way to creates those vertical images other than turning the image 90 degrees with the 'turn z, 90' command? thanks vincent ---------------------------------------------------------- IMPORTANT WARNING: This email (and any attachments) is only intended for the use of the person or entity to which it is addressed, and may contain information that is privileged and confidential. Try the command "png filename.png, 1200, 1600, -1, 1" to create an output image 1200 pixels wide by 1600 pixels tall, raytraced. To disable raytracing, change the last argument to zero.
