it works fine only for the font size of the label 
of the
menu , for example File , but when I 
open File menu its items all have
the original
size and not the increased one and the same
working there
is for the PyMOL viewer window
for ASHL , mouse mode etc.

It is
possible to modify your script to obtain 
the increasing of all
characters?
