Searched the archive could find anyone else having this problem. I am unable to use the measurement wizard to measure dihedral angles using MacPyMOL Education version 1.3. Opening the wizard and clicking on the four atoms produces the following output... You clicked /1f5a//A/PHE`410/CG Selector: selection "sele" defined with 1 atoms. You clicked /1f5a//A/PHE`410/CB You clicked /1f5a//A/PHE`410/CA You clicked /1f5a//A/PHE`410/N Selector-Error: Malformed selection. ( ( v. and + ( pk1 ) ) )<-- I am able to use the wizard to measure bonds, angles, and neighbors fine; only the dihedral feature is broken. Also doing a... get_dihedral /1f5a//A/PHE`410/CG, /1f5a//A/PHE`410/CB, /1f5a//A/PHE`410/CA, /1f5a//A/PHE`410/N produces the correct output and result.
