[PyMOL] Embeding commands in PyMol session?

Hi,

is it possible to embed commands or scripts into a pymol session? I am routinely creating PyMol sessions for users who for the most part have no clue how to use PyMol. So I'd like to include a dialog or message, which gets displayed after the session has loaded and clues the user in how to start or at least what he is looking at.
