Hi everybody, I would like to run a pylab script from pymol command line, to generate a 2= d=20 plot of some properties, so that I can associate the values of the properti= es=20 to any frame of the trajectory. If I just use the command 'run example.py' the script runs correctly, but o= f=20 course Pymol is waiting for the script to exit before performing any action. How can I avoid this behaviour and have both the script and Pymol run at th= e=20 same time? I suppose there is a very easy trick to do that, but I don't have any idea = on=20 how to start...
