#3 Failure to compile

pymedia 1.2.3.0-pre2 fails to compile on:

with faad2-2.0 and lame-3.96.1

audio/libavcodec/faad.c: fails to compile because the
function pointer declarations for faacDecInit and
faacDecDecode in FAACContext are incorrect (they're
missing buffer_size parameters).

audio/libavcode/lame.c: lame.h had moved into
lame/lame.h.
