PyKaraoke v0.3 Released

A new version of PyKaraoke has just been released.

The major new feature in v0.3 is the addition of MIDI playback support. 
PyKaraoke can now play back karaoke songs in the .KAR and .MID format.

Other changes in this release are:
* Better handling of corrupt CDG rips
* Faster CDG playback on low-end machines
* Minor changes to make it more OSX-friendly
* Minor GUI improvements
