PyKaraoke v0.2.1 Released

PyKaraoke v0.2.1 has now been released.

This release fixes the playback of CDGs containing:
* Colour Cycling effects
* Transparent Colours

Improvements have also been made to the GUI:
* Optimised searches to handle thousands of results
* Fixed innacurate right-click in the playlist on some systems
* Fixed Folder View problem on some systems
* Other cosmetic GUI improvements
