when filtering data in the table view, if you already
have 2 filters and add a third, it replaces the second
filter.

Bug fixed in latest CVS. This bug resulted from using a dict
to store form variables while the form was being built
rather than a proper query_type object. This resulted in
only having a single "where" variable propagated into the
hidden variabled within the form.
