#2 MD5 comparison report fails if NSRL is not present

The MD5sum report, which does file-typing and hash
comparison fails if the NSRL hash database is not
present. It should work regardless and still display
file-types. Solution is for default database (db.setup)
to contain empty NSRL tables.
