Update your rpm.
[stephane@pcumr70 stephane]$ rpm -qa |grep pybliograph =20
libpybliographer1-1.0.11-3mdk
pybliographer-1.0.11-3mdk
libpybliographer1-devel-1.0.11-3mdk

you should find it in rpmfind for example.
