[Pybliographer-general] Feature request :-) frqq

Hi !

I just noticed today, that pybliographic does not know french/german quotes.

I have a report with quotes \frqq \flqq in it and if I type them >> << (as
one character) my bibtex / latex misbehaves.
So I typed them as native \flqq and now it works, but pyb does not show <<,
it shows flqq. Maybe someone could add the \flqq and \frqq quotes to the
converter?
