Initial Comment:
I have had no end of trouble compiling this extension
under Windows--I have tried with both Visual C++ 6 and
Visual C++.NET 2005, and with both the .NET Framework
1.1 and 2.0, and none of them have worked. I would
appreciate it if a precompiled Windows binary similar
to those available for most other Python extensions was
available for this one, so that developers would not
have to compile it from source.
