Done. Automatic migration of the current CVS
repository is pending. SF docs about SVN are at:
http://sourceforge.net/docs/E09. Apparently the most interesting
stuff is:

    Subversion Server:  https://svn.sourceforge.net
    Path to Repository: /svnroot/pyallegro

I wonder about the /svnroot/ part, since you already access
svn.sourceforge.net...
